Factory tuned for 477 MHz UHF CB radio, the SG477 mobile antenna is designed to mount to a vehicle bull bar. Standing 90 cm tall with 2.1 dBi gain, this ground independent model will deliver reliable performance.
Suitable for all Uniden, GME, Icom and Vertex UHF CB radios, this antenna is manufactured from the finest quality components.
The robust design is purpose built to survive harsh Australian conditions long term. Secure the antenna firmly into any bracket with a 12.7 mm (½”) minimum diameter hole using the bolt and washer provided.
The high quality electro-polished stainless steel beehive spring dampens vibrations while travelling and maintains the antenna in a vertical position for the optimum receive and transmit performance at any speed.
5 metres of RG58 low loss stranded cable side exits from the aluminium mount ferrule and is not terminated to allow easy installation through vehicle firewalls and dashboards. Cut the cable to the shortest length necessary prior to fitting the UHF male solder connector supplied.
The fibreglass radome is available in 3 colours; Black, White or Brown.

SGL477 is a light weight UHF CB Radio antenna designed exclusively for mounting to a vehicle guard, the boot of a sedan or to a truck mirror. No metal ground plane is necessary for effective performance.

Standing 75 cm tall, the antenna mounts easily into any bracket with a 16 mm minimum diameter hole and is secured firmly by the nut and washer at the base.
