NEXT G and GSM Band Wireless Data Link Antennas, 825 to 960 MHz

The antenna is firmly secured into any 10 mm hole using the threaded stud and nut assembly at the base. 5 metres of RG58 low loss cable bottom exits through the base. The cable may be cut shorter if desired. An FME Female connector is supplied. Other connectors are available upon request.

GIDM90T ground independent cellular mobile phone antennas are also useful for Data Link applications in either the NEXT G or GSM Bands. Just 45 cm tall with 5 .1 dBi gain, these models are a modest size and will deliver excellent performance.

The antennas are a rugged design with detachable stainless steel black powder coated whip. No metal ground plane is necessary for the antenna to operate effectively. Simply mount the antenna into any bracket with minimum 10 mm diameter hole using the nut and spring washer at the base.

4.5 metres of RG58 low loss cable bottom exits through the base. The cable may be cut shorter prior to fitting the FME Female crimp connector supplied. Other connectors can be supplied as you may require.

Available with either a Black, Brown or White radome and standing 80 cm tall, there are two ways to mount this antenna :

1. Bolt the antenna top into any bracket with 13 mm diameter hole. (minimum).
2. Order part 4266, the threaded alumium mast mount adaptor. 150 mm long x 25 mm in diameter. Screw the antenna top into the threaded mast mount adaptor. Clamp the adaptor and antenna to a mast or hockey stick bracket.

SGDB-TPM key features are:

Route the 5 metre RG58 low loss cable indoors and secure in position. An FME Female connector is fitted to the cable. Other connectors are available upon request.

The MADB multiband cellular mobile phone antenna with 6.2 dBi gain is also most useful for Data Link applications across the NEXT G and GSM frequency range. The folding base is designed for mounting to a wall, the facia board of a building or any flat surface whatsoever.

Standing 90 cm tall, the fibreglass radome is available in 3 colours; White, Black or Brown. Specify your preference when ordering.

5 metres of RG58 low loss cable side exits from the mount ferrule. The FME Female crimp connector fitted to the cable is rated for up to 30 watts input power. Other connectors are available as you may require.

The MM1 folding mount supplied as standard is constructed from toughened plastic. This base folds down in two directions and also swivels in the opposite plane by loosening the stainless steel pivot bolt. This versatility permits mounting to any flat surface at any angle desired using four screws or bolts. The antenna can be folded down flat while not in use.

For those who prefer the ultimate in quality, durability and strength, the MM2 folding base is constructed entirely from stainless steel. To order the antenna with the stainless steel MM2 mount in place of the MM1, simply add the letters ‘SS’ to the Order Code; e.g. MADBSS WHITE.

For high gain Data Link applications in either the NEXT G or GSM frequency ranges, these 8.1 dBi omnidirectional mast mount models will be ideal.

The white fibreglass radome and stainless steel mount tube stands 2.4 metres tall. The antenna is matched internally by a unique transforming printed circuit board.

The N-Female connector located at the base of the mount tube is rated for up to 20 watts input power.

• CM1600AM is factory tuned to cover the NEXT G network, 825 to 890 MHz.
• CMG1600AM is for the GSM network, 890 to 960 MHz.

All components used are of the highest quality to ensure long term survival in the harshest weather conditions and environments. These antennas will deliver reliable performance for many years.
