The ZCG Scalar head office and production facility is located in Lindenow, Victoria, a rural environment 15 kilometres west of Bairnsdale in the East Gippsland region. This position is ideal for the manufacture of antennas and related RF systems due to the lack of both radio frequency and electrical interference. Here are various photos taken throughout the Lindenow factory.
TECHNICAL SERVICES : Antenna concept, technical design, calibration and field testing.
WAREHOUSE : Incoming goods received and stored. Raw materials and components kitted ready for assembly of orders.
CUTTING ROOM : Raw materials cut to length and drilled according to design drawing. Pipe bent to shape.
MACHINE SHOP : CnC Lathes machine components to programmed design specification.
BROADCAST, BASE STATION, MOBILE, DATA LINK and PORTABLE ANTENNA PRODUCTION.
DISPATCH DEPARTMENT : Packaging of Goods, Freight Arrangements and Dispatch.
