On the day your goods are dispatched ex works from ZCG Scalar, you will have received confirmation by email or fax of the Freight Company, the Consignment Note Number, the carrier's telephone number and this website address where your goods can be tracked during transit.
Here are instructions explaining how you can track progress of your goods during transit via our freight carriers TNT or TOLL IPEC.

Enter the TOLL IPEC Consignment Number we gave you into the box on screen and then click the 'View' button

When insured goods arrive at their destination, before signing the Delivery Docket, it is your responsibility to CHECK that all items are present and in good condition. If anything is found to have been damaged in transit, or is missing, make appropriate notes on the Delivery Docket prior to signing. Take photographs if you can. They will be helpful.
Please instruct your staff at the destination address accordingly prior to the arrival of goods. Ask the carrier to wait while you open packages and check the contents. This is an important requirement under the Freight Insurance conditions.
If this check is not done, then any subsequent insurance claim will be rejected ! ZCG Scalar WILL NOT take any responsibility for insured products signed for as being received in good order and condition, but later found to be damaged or missing.
IF YOU INSTRUCTED US NOT TO INSURE YOUR FREIGHT, please understand that ZCG Scalar accept no responsibility whatsoever for goods that are damaged or lost during transit from our premises to your required delivery address.
