How to track your goods during transit

ZCG Scalar will dispatch your order by either TNT or TOLL IPEC. Here are instructions explaining how you can track the progress of your goods during transit.

YOU MUST CHECK THE CONDITION OF YOUR GOODS UPON ARRIVAL !

When insured goods arrive at their destination, before signing the Delivery Docket, it is your responsibility to CHECK that all items are present and in good condition. If anything is found to have been damaged in transit, or is missing, make appropriate notes on the Delivery Docket prior to signing. Take photographs if you can. They will be helpful.

THEN CONTACT US AT ZCG SCALAR.

Please instruct your staff at the destination address accordingly prior to the arrival of goods.

Ask the carrier to wait while you open packages and check the contents. This is an important requirement under the Freight Insurance conditions.

If this check is not done, then any subsequent insurance claim will be rejected ! ZCG Scalar WILL NOT take any responsibility for insured products signed for as being received in good order and condition, but later found to be damaged or missing.

IF YOU INSTRUCTED US NOT TO INSURE YOUR FREIGHT, please understand that ZCG Scalar accept no responsibility whatsoever for goods that are damaged or lost during transit from our premises to your delivery address.
