B20G and B20G-N Mast or Side Mount Antennas

The B20G marine VHF radio antenna can be mounted to a mast or the side of a vessel's wheelhouse Tuned to cover the full VHF Marine Radio Band 156 to 162 MHz, these ground independent antennas may be mounted to the mast of a vessel, or they can be side mounted from a wheelhouse or any other flat vertical surface.

The white fibreglass tapered radome and stainless steel mount tube stands 3.4 metres tall.

B20G has a 4.5 metre RG58 stranded cable tail with a UHF Male connector supplied, not fitted.
B20G-N has an N-Female connector located at the base of the stainless steel mount tube.
Both models deliver 5.1 dBi gain and are rated for up to 50 watts input power.

All components used in construction are of the highest quality. Brass internals are silver soldered to ensure long term survival in the harsh marine environment. These antennas will deliver reliable performance for many years.

Mounting clamps, feeder cable, connectors, cable ties and tape are available separately to complete the installation.

CM156 and B20G/D Deck Mount Antennas

Antenna model CM156 is 2.2 metres tall, B20G/D is taller at 2.8 metres Also tuned for the full VHF Marine Band 156 to 162 MHz, these ground independent deck mount antennas are a single piece construction and match the height and appearance of other models in the ZCG Scalar marine range.

CM156 stands 2.2 metres tall and delivers 2.1 dBi gain.
B20G/D is taller at 2.8 metres and offers a higher 5.1 dBi gain.

These VHF deck mount antennas are rated for up to 50 watts input power.

4.5 metres of RG58 stranded cable side exits from the chromed brass ferrule. Cut the cable to the shortest length necessary prior to fitting the UHF Male solder connector supplied.

The MM1 folding deck mount supplied as standard is constructed from toughened plastic. This base folds down in two directions and also swivels in the opposite plane by loosening the stainless steel pivot bolt. This versatility allows the antenna to be mounted in a variety of positions on any flat surface and at any angle using four screws or bolts.

For those who prefer the ultimate in quality, durability and strength, the MM2 folding deck mount is constructed entirely from stainless steel. To order either antenna with the stainless steel MM2 deck mount, simply add the letters ‘SS’ to the Order Code.

BM6-VHF and BM8-VHF Base Model Deck Mount Antennas

Ground independent and factory tuned to cover the full VHF Marine Radio Band 156 to 162 MHz, these Base Model deck mount antennas are a perfect match in both height and appearance to other ZCG Scalar “BM” series marine antennas.

BM6-VHF stands 1.8 metres tall.
BM8-VHF is 2.45 metres tall.

Both models are rated for up to 25 watts input power.

Construction consists of copper radiators fully sealed inside a single piece white fibreglass radome ensuring long term survival in the harsh marine environment. The end fed half wave design provides excellent performance.
